CSU Libraries Conference

The Council of Library Deans (COLD) is pleased to announce the inaugural CSU Libraries conference designed to bring together all full and part-time CSU Libraries employees for a day of learning, collaboration, and networking on June 3, 2025.

To help us with planning the conference and provide any accommodations, please register by May 20, 2025. While registration will remain open until the day of the conference, we may not be able to accommodate requests received after the priority deadline.

About

Conference Theme: Collaboration. Stronger together.

Purpose: To create an opportunity for all CSU Libraries faculty and staff to learn and socialize together, create connections, learn about each other’s projects and challenges, and find collaborative opportunities.

Date: June 3, 2025. Times to be confirmed.

Location: You can join the conference in three ways:

  1. Virtual from your computer or other device
  2. In-person at your library
  3. In-person at a host library:
    • Fullerton
    • Fresno
    • San Jose

Cost: Free to all participants. 

Audience: All full and part-time employees of the CSU Libraries.

What to expect: 30-minute and 50-minute presentations, project briefs, and hosted conversations. A virtual poster session. For questions, please contact your library dean.
